3. User Responsibilities

• Use domains only for legitimate vacation rental purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Pay all fees associated with your domain registration and services

4. Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Domain registrations are billed annually
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are not available for completed domain registrations
• You are responsible for timely renewal payments

5. Domain Ownership and Control

While domains are registered in your name, you acknowledge that:

• Domain registration is subject to registrar terms and ICANN policies
• We manage technical DNS settings for redirect functionality
• You retain legal ownership of the domain name
• Domain transfers are available upon request

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions
• Domain propagation delays
• Third-party registrar issues
• Internet connectivity problems

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your domain names and vacation rental content. Staylinko retains rights to our platform, technology, and brand materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staylinko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staylinko from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
